CHILLIWACK CHIEFS ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS AND TICKETING PROGRAMS

The Chilliwack Chiefs made three significant announcements this morning at Prospera Centre.

Chiefs Owner Moray Keith led off by appointing Glen Ringdal as the Chiefs President and Director of Business Development as well as the CEO of Prospera Centre. Ringdal’s vast experience in sports management includes senior roles with both the Canadian Football League’s BC Lions and the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks. Along with his role of leading the Chiefs business and community plan into Chilliwack he will also oversee the day to day operations of Prospera Centre.

Glen and his wife Sherry have taken up residence in Chilliwack and will be active members in the community.

Chiefs Owner Jim Bond then announced the creation of the Chiefs Business and Community Liaison Board and introduced former Chilliwack Mayor Clint Hames as the Board’s Chair. Hames has long been a major proponent of Junior Hockey in Chilliwack and was a leader in creating the city of Chilliwack’s partnership with the Chiefs Development Group to enable the construction of Prospera Centre. Hames announced current City Of Chilliwack Councilor Chuck Stam as the first board member.
