Chiefs Sign Lake Superior Commit Rylan Brady

The Chilliwack Chiefs are excited to welcome Rylan Brady to the team for the 2023/24 BCHL season.

Brady, a 2004-born forward, spent last season with the Oklahoma Warriors of the NAHL. In 60 games played, he scored 23 goals and 21 assists.

“We’re excited to have Rylan join our group as he brings physicality with his game. He’s been very effective at the junior level already producing offensively. He knows how to use his big frame to give himself time and space,” said Chiefs’ Head Coach and General Manager Brian Maloney.

The Jackson, Michigan native comes to Chilliwack with a commitment to Lake Superior State University. The school has a history with the Chiefs. Former Chiefs captain Connor Milburn currently plays for the Lakers while Sasha Teleguine and Brady Milburn both committed to the school this season.

“I know Lake State University is very excited and consider him an extremely high Prospect. He should slide nicely into our core group, we are excited and can’t wait to get him out here,” said Maloney.

“I am thrilled to be able to play at an organization like Chilliwack for coach Maloney and the rest of the staff. I can’t wait to get started and have a chance to win a championship. Really looking forward to meeting the boys and getting to play in front of the best fans in the BCHL,” said Brady.

Welcome to Chilliwack Rylan!
