Craig Puffer and Jake Larson each scored twice to help lead the Chiefs to a 5-3 road win over the Coquitlam Express Friday night.
Jordan Kawaguchi also scored for the Chiefs who improved to 8-1-0-1 on the season.
Mitchell Datz made 28 saves to earn his third victory of the season.
Jackson Cressey, Colton Kerfoot and Brett Supinski scored for the Express who saw their record fall to 2-8-0-1.
The Chiefs went 0/4 with the man advantage and 4/6 on the penalty kill.
The two teams meet again Saturday night at Prospera Centre in Chilliwack.
