Chiefs Land Carter Anderson

The Chilliwack Chiefs are proud to announce the signing of 20 year old forward Carter Anderson for the remainder of the season. Anderson, a forward from Winnipeg, Manitoba, is off to an excellent start this year in the SJHL and will be counted upon offensively for the Chiefs. Following up last seasons performance where he put up 36 goals in just 40 games played, the 2004-born forward has started the season off strong where he was on pace for 40 goals and 60 points.

“Carter is a player we are really excited about adding to our group. He has extensive experience in junior hockey after spending time in the WHL as well as the past two seasons in Flin Flon.” Said Chiefs Head Coach and GM Brian Maloney. “He will be counted on right away to help us out offensively but also with the grit and intangibles that he plays with.”
“I am very excited to join the Chiefs. I’m looking forward to being a part of a top tier organization.” Said Anderson before adding “It’s an honour to be able to join a winning culture in Chilliwack and I can’t wait to show the fans what I can bring to the team.”
