Chilliwack, B.C. — The Chilliwack Chiefs are pleased to announce the signing of defenceman Kevin Perreault, a Dartmouth College commit, to the 2025/26 roster.
Perreault is a 6’3”, 205-pound defenceman who joins the Chiefs after developing in the USHL with the Fargo Force. A mobile blueliner with strong defensive instincts, Perreault is effective at closing time and space and moving pucks efficiently out of the defensive zone.
Chiefs Head Coach and General Manager Brian Maloney says Perreault fits exactly what the organization looks for in a young defenceman.
“We really value players who come from strong development environments, and Kevin has done that every step of the way,” said Maloney. “He’s shown a willingness to compete, learn, and improve, which is important for us as a program. We believe he’ll benefit from the BCHL path, and we’re looking forward to helping him continue to grow as a player and a person.”
“I’m super excited for the opportunity to come and play for such a great organization, and I can’t wait to get to work right away,” said Perreault.
Welcome to the Chiefs, Kevin!
